Refund Policy
Clear guidelines for our refund process and your rights as a student
At Stream Firstflash, we want you to feel confident in your educational investment. This policy outlines when refunds are available, how to request them, and what to expect during the process. We've designed these guidelines to be fair while maintaining the quality of our fundamental analysis programs.
Early Withdrawal Period
Students who withdraw within the first 14 days of course enrollment may be eligible for a full refund, provided less than 20% of course materials have been accessed. This cooling-off period recognizes that sometimes a course isn't the right fit.
Technical Issues
If persistent technical problems prevent you from accessing course content for more than 72 consecutive hours, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 5 business days, you may qualify for a partial or full refund depending on course completion.
Course Cancellation
When Stream Firstflash cancels a scheduled course due to insufficient enrollment or instructor unavailability, all enrolled students receive full refunds. We typically provide 30 days notice when possible, though emergency cancellations may occur.
How to Request a Refund
Submit Written Request
Email your refund request to info@streamfirstflash.com with your full name, enrollment details, and reason for the refund. Include any relevant documentation if your request relates to technical issues or medical circumstances.
Review and Verification
Our student services team reviews your request within 5 business days. We may contact you for additional information or to discuss alternative solutions like course transfers or extended access periods.
Decision Notification
You'll receive written notification of our decision via email. If approved, we'll explain the refund amount and processing timeline. Denied requests include detailed explanations and information about appeal options.
Payment Processing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Bank transfers typically take 5-7 business days, while credit card refunds may take 7-14 business days depending on your financial institution.
